SAFFRON COD with coconut milk, broccoli and turmeric rice

A magical everyday dish that fits perfectly throughout the menstrual cycle. Cod in a wonderful sauce made from coconut milk flavored with saffron and lemon - best of all, it's ready in less than 30 minutes. A meal that contains a mix of high-quality fats, protein and carbohydrates that will make your hormones rejoice.

Real food is always the basis for balanced hormones

Recipe for four servings:
Rice (we cooked with turmeric and black pepper)
4 cod fillets
400 g coconut milk
1/2 leek
1/2 fennel
1 fresh broccoli
2 peeled carrots
1 lemon
Butter for frying
Seasoning; 1 packet of saffron + salt + pepper + vegetable broth

Do this: Turn on the oven at 150 degrees. Cook any rice according to directions, cooking together with turmeric and black pepper for extra flavor and boost. Chop onion, fennel and carrots. The carrots can be turned with a potato peeler or chopped into smaller pieces. Fry the vegetables in butter in a pan and then add the coconut milk, saffron, vegetable broth, half a squeezed lemon and season with salt and pepper. Put the cod in an oven dish and pour over the sauce with the vegetables in it. Into the oven for about 20 minutes or until the fish is ready. Serve together with the turmeric rice. We fried the broccoli in real butter and spices on the side, but it's just as good to have in it straight away. A warming meal that's perfect now for autumn <3
