Returns & complaints

Return

If you have regretted or are not satisfied with our products, you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the product. Register your return by emailing team@womensync.se and you will receive a return slip via our customer support. Enter the order number for the purchase and the reason for the return in the email. When we have received and checked the return, we will refund the money for the item (not the shipping). Please note that in the case of a return, the customer is always responsible for the return shipping, even if the purchase was free of shipping.

Returns do not apply:
– Goods with broken or broken seals/packaging/wrapping
- Goods that can quickly deteriorate or become too old
– Products with special conditions

Package not collected

When your package arrives at a delivery point, a notification is sent to you via e-mail or SMS. As a customer, you are responsible for the correctness of the mobile number, address and e-mail address you entered. If you do not collect your order and it is sent back to Womensync, the customer will be charged for reshipping costs if the customer wants Womensync to resend the package. Please note that in the case of a return, even if the package is returned because it is unopened, the customer is always responsible for the cost of return shipping which will be deducted when we refund the money for the item.

Complaint

If something is wrong with your product, email team@womensync.se as soon as possible. Enter your order number in the email and attach a description and picture of the error. If the complaint is approved, a new product will be sent to you. As a customer, you do not pay anything for the return shipping label for the advertised item or the shipping for the new item.

Delivery time

Your order is normally delivered 1-3 working days after we receive your order to a delivery point near you. Exceptions to the delivery time may occur depending on shipping conditions.
