Here comes a recipe for frozen Raw Arrak balls. So. Unbelievable. Good. For those of you who love the taste of arrack in, for example, vacuum cleaners, these are a must-try! We love the texture. The industry. The taste. A tip: roll them in cocoa nibs - we just say wow.
Cool arrack balls
Different types of frozen raw balls are a big favorite with us as they are perfect to keep in the freezer and take out when the craving strikes. These with the taste of arrack are a highlight for the work coffee or to serve the older generation who often grew up with vacuum cleaners for coffee!
2 dl almonds mixed into a flour
1 dl oatmeal mixed into a flour
6-7 fresh pitted dates
2 tablespoons raw cocoa
1.5 tbsp coconut oil
1 tablespoon peanut butter
0.5-1 tbsp water (take 0.5 to begin with)
About 3-4 teaspoons of arrack flavor (depends on taste)
1 tsp vanilla powder
0.25-0.75 tsp iodized salt
Options to boost extra:
1 scoop of Womensync collagen
1 tsp maca powder
Mix the nuts and oatmeal into a flour. Pour in the remaining ingredients and mix until you have a smooth batter and the batter is a little glossy (we use a blender for the seeds/nuts and then a hand mixer for the rest because we think the consistency is best then). Roll into balls and store in the freezer/refrigerator. We love eating them frozen!
