RAW CAKE with halloumi, kale and avocado

Today we thought we'd share a recipe that's simple, nutritious and quick to prepare, namely halloumi roast with avocado and crispy kale. A meal that contains a mixture of great fats, protein and carbohydrates, too a menstrual cycle in a balance.

The beauty of this meal is that it can also be varied infinitely. For example, if you're not a fan of halloumi, you can leave it out and top with feta or goat cheese instead. Vary with different spices, herbs or accessories depending on cravings.

Recipe halloumi sauce
Dry ingredients:
2 medium-sized firm potatoes
1 medium carrot
1/4 yellow onion
Seasonings such as salt and pepper

Wet Ingredients:
2 organic eggs
1/4 (50g) halloumi
Real butter for frying

Topping: 1/2 avocado and fried kale

Do this:
Coarsely grate potato, onion, carrot and halloumi and mix in a bowl. Break in egg, salt and pepper and mix to a batter. Fry the raw ribs in a pan with real butter into small round plates. Serve together with kale fried in spices such as onion powder, garlic and salt. Eat together with mashed avocado mixed with a little lemon, salt and pepper. Unbelievably good.

A lunch or dinner that contains a mix of high-quality fats, protein, carbohydrates and fiber just the way we love it. It is also incredibly good and keeps blood sugar at an even level, which is a prerequisite for a balanced menstrual cycle. We only say one thing - try it.
