Self-Love Snickers

The best dessert when the craving strikes! Imagine a mixture of sweet, salty, crunchy, toffee and chocolate?! Totally unreasonable, you just have to try!

The treats that give love

Ingredients layer 1
2 dl almonds
2 dl oatmeal
0.5 dl cocoa
0.75 tsp soil-enriched salt

10 fresh dates
2 tbsp peanut butter
0.5 dl coconut oil

Do this:
Mix nuts and oatmeal into a flour. Core the dates. Pour in the remaining ingredients and mix until it becomes a smooth batter. Add water if the consistency is too firm for your taste. Press the batter onto baking paper in a food box/form.

Ingredients layer 2
10 fresh dates
0.5 Santa Maria's extra creamy coconut milk
0.5 dl peanut butter
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla powder

Do this:
Core the dates and mix together with all the ingredients. We want this layer to be smooth, so we mix in a vitamixer. Top this layer with cocoa nibs for extra crunch.

Ingredients layer 3
0.75 dl coconut oil
0.5 dl cocoa
1-3 tsp honey depending on sweetness.

Do this:
Melt coconut oil in the microwave, then add cocoa and honey. Pour the mixture over the other layers and top with flake salt. Store in the freezer for a few hours and then cut into pieces when it's time to serve!
