HOMEMADE PIZZA with gluten-free and dairy-free base

Hemmagjord pizza med glutenfri och mjölkfri botten

Here is a recipe for one of our favorite dishes - the world's best homemade pizza with pizza salad! The base is gluten-free and dairy-free.

Recipe for our favorite pizza

We top the pizza with homemade pizza sauce, mozzarella, feta cheese, hand-peeled shrimp, tomato, red onion, kale chips, arugula, grated cheese and oregano.

You need (2-3 servings)
1.5-2 dl oat milk
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 pinch of salt
3 teaspoons baking powder

3 dl oat flour (mix oatmeal into flour)
1 dl buckwheat flour
1 tablespoon fiber husk

Do this:
1. Heat the oven to 250 degrees.
2. Mix all dry ingredients together.
3. Pour in the oat milk and the coconut oil. Take a little oat milk at a time so the dough doesn't become too loose.
4. Place baking paper on a tray and roll out the dough to the right thickness.
5. Pre-bake a little, then add all the toppings. Bake for about 6 minutes until you see that it has taken on a nice colour.

Pizza sauce
We are usually hip, but something like this:
Heat/reduce passed tomatoes with pressed garlic, pepper, salt, onion powder, oregano, unsweetened ketchup and a little liquid honey for sweetness.

Pizza salad
500 g white cabbage
1 tsp salt
0.5 dl olive oil (possibly a little less)
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
Black pepper
Oregano

Do this:

Finely shred the white cabbage (with a knife or cheese grater). Mix white cabbage and salt in a bowl. Knead and squeeze the white cabbage by hand until it becomes soft. Pour off any liquid from the cabbage. Add olive oil, vinegar and oregano. Mix thoroughly. Season with black pepper and salt. Feel free to let the salad stand for an hour or so before serving.
