Womensync's boost bread is one of the favourites. The bread fits perfectly at the beginning of the period when some of us may experience increased hunger. However, it fits just as well throughout the cycle as a carrier for lovely toppings.
The bread makes our taste buds rejoice, keeps us full, contains high quality fats. Magically!
Juicy, crunchy and with a sweetness and touch of carrot
To absorb the nutrients in the nuts and seeds in the best way, you should soak them first.
2 dl buckwheat flour
3 dl oatmeal
2 dl pumpkin seeds
2 dl chopped brazil nuts
1/2 cup flax seeds
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1.5 tbsp fiber husk
1.5 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp iodized sea salt
2-3 dl unsweetened almond milk
2 organic eggs
1 medium-sized coarsely grated carrot
1/2 cup organic raisins
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
2 tablespoons solid raw Swedish-grown honey
Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Chop the nuts and mix with the other dry ingredients. Add oat milk, egg, coconut oil, honey and grated carrot. If you have a bread pan that needs to be greased, do it now with coconut oil or real butter. Pour the batter into the mold and top with pumpkin seeds if desired. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 50 minutes before testing the bread with a skewer. It should not be sticky, think that you should be able to pat it and see a punch in the bread. Take the bread out when it is at the desired consistency and let it cool under a baking sheet before slicing it.
