BANANA PANCAKES for the entire menstrual cycle

This is one of our favorites – our Power Pancakes, the banana pancakes that are awesome for breakfast or brunch throughout the menstrual cycle.

Magic whatever the day!

Vary the flavoring and topping depending on which phase you are in:

Phase 1 :
Mix in about 1 teaspoon of matcha powder in the batter for extra energy.
Top with blueberries for vitamin c, brazil nuts for selenium, coconut yogurt for fat and gut.

Phase 2:
Top with fried apple in ghee/coconut oil , Ceylon cinnamon and cardamom for digestion and suction, sunflower seeds for selenium and coconut yogurt for fat and gut.

Phase 3:
Mix in approx. 1-1.5 teaspoons of cocoa in the batter to boost with extra magnesium.

Top with raspberries for vitamin c, coconut yogurt for fat and gut, nut butter for fat and cravings, and cacao nibs for extra crunch and magnesium.

Ingredients Power Pancakes:
1 ripe banana
2 organic eggs
Coconut oil/real butter/ghee to fry in

Do this:
Mix the banana and eggs to a smooth batter. Fry on low/medium heat until golden brown. Top according to the phase you are in and what you like!
