It's almost Semmel Tuesday! Womensync's version of rolls are magically delicious and completely without processed white flour and sugar ✨ They take about 10 minutes to mix together, are so good and how cute?! For all of us who don't like plain rolls, these are definitely a must-try!

These are magical!

Raw Semla Recipe:
2 dl almonds
1 dl oatmeal
6-8 pitted dates
1.5 tbsp coconut oil
About 1 tablespoon of water
About 1.5 teaspoons of cardamom
About 0.25-0.5 tsp iodized salt
1 tsp vanilla powder
Coconut cream (on tetra)

Options for extra boost:
1-2 tbsp Womensync collagen
1 tsp maca powder

Do this:
Mix almonds and oatmeal into a flour. Pour in the remaining ingredients, mix until smooth. Add water if necessary. Be patient and mix for a long time - the consistency should be completely smooth, almost a little glossy. Roll into semi-flat bottoms and small "lids" and place in the freezer. Take out when they are frozen and add a dollop of coconut cream, put on the small lid and some sea salt on top - eat and enjoy!
