Raw Gingerbread Balls made into gingerbread, how cute are they? 🥺 Really the world's easiest recipe that takes about five minutes to make and is also tastier than normal gingerbread cookies as they taste like gingerbread dough!
Like gingerbread but not gingerbread
Recipe frozen "gingerbread/gingerbread dough"
2 dl almonds/cashews
1 dl oatmeal
6-8 fresh pitted dates
1.5 tbsp coconut oil/ghee/real butter
3 teaspoons gingerbread spice
0.25-0.5 tsp salt
Some water
Do this:
Mix the almonds and oatmeal into a fine flour. Core the dates and mix the rest of the ingredients together into a smooth batter. Taste if you want more gingerbread spice or salt. Roll out the dough and use small gingerbread molds to press out the gingerbread. Place in the freezer for a couple of hours. Then eat "directly" from the freezer, perfect to take out just before coffee so they are a little half-thawed and chewy. The taste and texture will be wonderful!
