12 fresh pitted dates
2 tbsp coconut oil
4 tsp licorice powder (can be omitted if you don't like it, e.g. carob for caramel/vanilla powder for vanilla/saffron for saffron flavor or gingerbread spice)
0.5 tsp flake salt
+ stirred in 1 dl of chopped cashews when it was ready for crispiness
Options to boost extra:
2 tbsp Womensync collagen
Core the dates and mix all the ingredients together. Place the batter on a piece of baking paper and press out, alternatively roll out with a piece of baking paper between the caramel and the rolling pin.
