Fröknecke is a big favorite with us. Crispy and full of nutrition, also without eggs and flour! Easy to mix and perfect to have in the pantry when you want to give yourself a good foundation in the morning. The breakfast bread that provides a nutritious start to the day, top with aged cheese, salmon or avocado.
A perfect carrier for good toppings!
2 dl pumpkin seeds
1 dl sunflower seeds
0.5 dl flax seeds
0.5 dl sesame seeds
4 tbsp chia seeds
2 dl warm water
3 tbsp melted coconut oil
2 tsp flake salt (top with)
Set the oven to 175 degrees. Mix together all dry ingredients except salt and then add boiling water and melted coconut oil. Leave for about 15 minutes. Spread on a baking sheet covered with baking paper using a rolling pin, alternatively take a baking paper and roll out. Sprinkle over the flake salt. Into the oven for about 45 minutes until the cracker has colored and become crispy!
We usually serve with real butter, boiled egg, herb salt and parsley, magical!
