A warming pot that is perfect for warming up the body both in terms of temperature and energy. It is also rich in protein, which is needed to build up the body, and fat, which we need to be able to create our sex hormones.
Animals, nutrients and hormones
In this particular stew, the base is game meat. One of the reasons why we choose to eat organic and high-quality animal products is that they contain building blocks and nutrients that are fundamental to our sex hormones and thus our menstrual cycle. Omega 3, vitamin A, vitamin B6, zinc and iron are examples of important nutrients for a functioning menstrual cycle. These nutrients can be found in both animals and vegetables, but nutrients found in animals are easier for the body to absorb.
Another reason why organic high-quality animal fat can be good for the menstrual cycle is that it contains cholesterol. Cholesterol is needed to build our sex hormones such as estrogen, progesterone and testosterone. The body can produce cholesterol itself in the liver, but beyond that we can only get it through animals. If you are low on sex hormones, this can support the body

creme fraiche.
Do this:
Slice the meat into 2-3 cm cubes. Fry in a pot with butter until they have a little surface. Pour in water so that it just covers the meat. Pour in veal stock. Let this simmer for at least 1.5 hours. The longer the better so the meat becomes more tender. When the meat has cooked, you can pour in the rest of the ingredients. Start by chopping the carrot and onion and pour down. Then fill with crushed tomatoes, the beans (without layers) and spices.
Let everything boil for about 20 minutes. Taste if there is anything missing. Then serve with a dollop of crème fraiche, rice or whatever you like.
