Here is our new favorite for coffee - Raw Chicca fudge with the taste of chocolate, caramel and peanut. The texture of these is absolutely incredible and the flavor combination is absolutely magical. We can't get enough of Chicca Roast and like to drink a Chicca latte with skimmed milk as well.

Baking with Chicca Roast is a fantastic way to get more fiber into the baked goods while adding sweetness and a good caramel taste. The chicory root is also the food that consists of the highest proportion of the fiber inulin, which has been shown to benefit our good intestinal bacteria.


3 dl almond flour
2 tbsp Chicca Roast
2 tablespoons of cocoa
1 tbsp Womensync Collagen
6-8 fresh dates
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp peanut butter
About 0.25 teaspoons of salt
A splash of water

Do this:

Mix all the ingredients in a food processor until it becomes a smooth batter. It often takes longer than you think. Add more liquid depending on consistency. Press out on baking paper in a small form and place in the freezer for an hour or so. Cut the fudge into squares and enjoy! We usually store them in the freezer and take them out a few minutes before eating for a magical texture.
