Our Collagen Cookie Bites are reminiscent of cookie dough as the base tastes of vanilla with bits of crunchy chocolate. They are super easy to make with few ingredients and are a perfect option when we are craving something sweet but still want to get nutrition. They also contain collagen , which is rich in several amino acids that we often don't get through the food we eat, and maca powder, which is an adaptogen that can have the ability to affect our sex hormones in a positive way.
Raw collagen cookie bites - magical alternative for any cravings
You need
Dry ingredients:
2 dl almonds
2 tbsp WS collagen
1.5 tbsp cocoa nibs
1 tsp vanilla powder
0.25 tsp iodized salt
Wet Ingredients:
7 fresh pitted dates
1.5 tbsp almond butter
1.5 tbsp coconut oil
Options for extra boost:
0.5 tsp maca powder
Do this:
Mix almonds into a flour. Core the dates and pour in the remaining ingredients except for the kakanibs and mix until you get an even and smooth consistency (when the batter is smooth = perfect). Mix in cocoa nibs and stir + roll into balls and into the freezer. Let sit for an hour/s before eating them, but we LOVE eating them frozen.
To remember: The best way to balance hormones is to eat real food, baked goods/snacks are just a supplement that can reduce any cravings and above all our soul to rejoice!

As mentioned above, baked goods/snacks are complementary but also make our souls rejoice. Womensyn's Self-Love snickers also make the hormones cheer and are a flavor mixture of salty, sweet, crunchy, chocolate and caramel, you know!
