Ingredients for 1 glass:
Some fresh raspberries
1 dl concentrated raspberry leaf tea (cold)
1/2 tbsp raspberry vinegar
2 teaspoons lime juice
A few mint leaves
1.5 dl carbonated water
Do this:
Start by making a regular cup of raspberry leaf tea where you fill a tea strainer with raspberry leaves and pour in hot water. Leave to steep for approx. 20-40 min so that the nutrition from the raspberry leaves is really extracted, gives flavor and then let cool completely.
Then crush the raspberries and mint using a mortar and pestle until it becomes like a jam. Then pour in raspberry leaf tea, raspberry vinegar, lime juice and carbonated water. Stir the glass, top with mint leaves and drink with a straw to protect your teeth from the vinegar.
