This drink is truly heavenly and a boost for your hormones. It contains coconut water which is naturally rich in vitamins and minerals and mainly the electrolytes potassium and sodium, as well as herbs in the tea such as raspberry leaf, nettle, damascene rose and red clover.
Hormone-friendly and cooling mocktail on Female Cycle Infusion tea
Sometimes it is not enough to drink huge amounts of water, but it is the minerals we drink (and eat) that we also want to eat that can help the body prevent dehydration and restore the fluid balance in the body. Here's one of our absolute favorite drinks this summer that's full of nutrition and electrolytes to help hydrate the body from the inside out.
Recipe for 3-4 glasses:
3 dl coconut water
5 dl cold Female Cycle Infusion
About 200g fresh strawberries
1 tbsp lime juice
A knife tip Celtic Sea Salt
Do this:
Start by making the tea by boiling 1 dl of water, pour into a glass and put in a tea strainer with female cycle infusion. Let the tea steep/infuse for about 30-45 and then cool completely.
Then add the tea, coconut water, strawberries, lime juice and salt in a blender and blend until it becomes a smooth drink. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
