Stuffed peppers with minced meat, rice and vegetables

A life hack in phase three is to stock up on extra cruciferous vegetables (fried broccoli and cauliflower) as it can help the body break down estrogen. This, in turn, can help you reduce any PMS symptoms linked to high estrogen, such as swollen and tender breasts or mood swings.

Recipe for about 2 servings:
Optional rice
500 g organic ground beef
2 packs of crushed tomatoes
1 yellow onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 grated carrot
4 peppers
1 package of feta cheese
1 broccoli
approx. 10 Brussels sprouts
Real butter
1 vegetable broth

Spices:
1 dollop of tomato puree
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper.

Do this:
Chop the onion and garlic and grate the carrot. Fry the onion in a pot in butter. When it is golden, add the ground beef. When the mince is cooked through, add the tomatoes, carrot, spices and broth. Let simmer and taste. Cook the rice according to instructions. Turn on the oven at 170 degrees. When the rice is ready and the meat sauce has simmered down to taste, you can start filling the peppers. Slice open the lid of the peppers and empty the core. Then add a layer of rice and minced meat sauce. Top with crumbled feta cheese on top. Into the oven approx. 15 minutes until golden. Then chop up the broccoli and Brussels sprouts and fry in butter and spices.
