Ingredients:
12 fresh pitted dates
3 tablespoons organic crunchy peanut butter
3 tablespoons organic cocoa
2 tbsp coconut oil
0.5 tsp flake salt

Do this:
Core the dates and mix all the ingredients together. Place the batter on a piece of baking paper and press out or roll out with a piece of baking paper between the chocolate and the rolling pin. Place in the freezer and leave for at least two hours so it has time to harden. Cut up into caramel pieces, leave them as they are or wrap in baking paper like a caramel. Store in the freezer. Take out and enjoy!
