Ingredients:
approx. 140 g of salmon
1/2 cup feta cheese
2 tablespoons of pesto
Salt
Pepper
Accessories: E.g. white cabbage salad with vinegar dressing and young roasted root vegetables
Instructions:
Turn on the oven at 200 degrees. Line a baking dish with baking paper and place the salmon fillet on it.
Then mix feta cheese, pesto, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add the mixture to the salmon so that it is completely covered. Cook in the oven for about 15 minutes.
Serve together with our super tasty white cabbage salad with apple cider vinegar and, for example, rice, potatoes and/or root vegetables.
