1 egg
1 tbsp fresh thyme

1 finely chopped yellow onion
1 pkt feta cheese
1 tsp salt
2 crm black pepper
Potato wedges:
Potato
Oil
Salt
Thyme
Tzatziki:
1 cucumber (finely grated with a grater)
3 dl Greek full-fat yogurt
1 clove of garlic
Salt
Pepper
Salad:
Mashed salad
Tomatoes
A splash of apple cider vinegar
Do this:
Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Cut the potatoes into wedges, place on a tray covered with baking paper and drizzle with a little olive oil, salt, pepper and thyme. Into the kid for about 25 minutes.
Mix all the ingredients for the minced meat patties together and let stand for a few minutes. Prepare the tzatziki this long by grating the cucumber and squeezing out the water with paper. Put in a bowl and mix with the rest of the ingredients.
Form the minced meat mixture into small patties and fry on a medium heat until they are cooked through. Take the potatoes out of the oven when they are golden, serve with the salad and enjoy!
