After reading several articles and studies about all the health benefits of vinegar, we have incorporated it more and more into our everyday lives. The absolute easiest and tastiest way we have succeeded in this is through this fantastic dressing. It is magical on a salad or (our favourite) on thinly shredded white cabbage.
Ingredients:
0.5 dl olive oil
0.5-1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (test what you think)
1 pressed garlic
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 teaspoon yogurt
Salt + pepper
Do this:
Mix together olive oil, vinegar, pressed garlic, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper so that it becomes a thick "dressing" it is important that it does not cut, so stir well. Then mix in 1 teaspoon of yogurt until you get a smooth consistency and top up with water to make it more runny. Stir well so it doesn't cut.
Serve with shredded white cabbage:
Feel free to serve it together with white cabbage (which is 10/10). Cut white cabbage thinly into strips (1/2 white cabbage). Squeeze the white cabbage until it becomes soft and then pour the dressing over it.
