How our subscriptions work
We want to make it easy for you to receive the products that help you feel your best – without having to remember to place an order each time. That’s why we offer the option to subscribe to selected favorites, marked with the "Subscribe" option on the product page.
Regular deliveries – on your terms
When you start a subscription, your products will be delivered at the interval you choose (e.g. every month or every other month). Payment is made automatically before each delivery – so you don’t have to do anything yourself.
Pause or cancel anytime
You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time directly via our customer portal. Want to skip a delivery or move it to a later date? No problem. In the portal, you can easily adjust your upcoming deliveries.
Add or change products
You can also add more products to your subscription, replace an item, or remove a product entirely. Everything is managed directly in the portal, where you’re in full control.
Update your payment
If we’re unable to process a payment (for example, if your card has expired), you’ll receive an email with a link where you can easily update your payment details.
