Terms of purchase

A purchase agreement is entered into when you choose to place an order at checkout. Order confirmation is then generated automatically. In the event of any inaccuracies in e.g. the indication of price, delivery time, stock balance, etc., we reserve the right to correct this afterwards. If you are not satisfied with our correction, you can of course choose to cancel your order free of charge. On the other hand, it is not possible to cancel a placed order, but you as a customer can use your right of cancellation after the order has been collected. Womensync only enters into an agreement with an adult, alternatively a minor with the guardian's permission.

As of May 25, 2018, the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) replaces the Swedish Personal Data Act PUL. GDPR is a comprehensive set of regulations for how we as an e-merchant may process your personal data. By shopping with us, you agree to our processing of your personal data.
