Erla Sól Árnadóttir is a herbal specialist and wellness consultant, focusing on herbal formulation and women's health. She believes our health relies on our connection to ourselves and to nature. Erla received a BA in Holistic Psychology from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA and has received her herbalism education through the Herbal Academy.

She is based in Reykjavík, Iceland where she takes clients for personalized herbal formulations made from nature. She also provides education and mentorship through her blog posts and in-person training. She works as an herbalist at the medical herbal clinic Jurta Apotek in Reykjavík. She is especially passionate about herbal tea and tinctures and how they can be used to support the nervous system, microbiome, and hormone balance.
