This is one of our favorite recipes and one of our most saved recipes on Instagram. This brownie is simple, quick and amazingly delicious!
Base:
3 dl almond flour
2 dl walnuts
9-10 dates
3 tablespoons of cocoa
1 tbsp water
1.5 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp salt
Toppings:
150 g dark chocolate
2 tbsp coconut oil
Mix all ingredients for the base in a food processor. Press the dough into a square shape lined with baking paper. Place in the freezer while you make the topping.
Heat the chocolate over a water bath until it is completely melted. Mix in the coconut oil. Pour the batter over the base layer and place in the freezer for about 5 minutes. Top with flake salt and cut into pieces.
